Italy has expressed its intention to bid for the 2032 European Football Championship, media reports have said quoting news agencies.
According to the media reports, the Italian Football Federation FIGC has apprised UEFA about its bid for Euro 2032.
The deadline for this, it may be noted, is March 23 this year. The host or hosts of the event will be announced in September 2023.
Italy, it may be noted, hosted the European Football Championship in the years 1968 and 1980.
