‘Writing with Fire’, a 2021 Indian documentary film directed by filmmakers Sushmit Ghosh and Rintu Thomas, has drawn an Oscar nomination.
This film’s story revolves around Dalit women-led newspaper Khabar Lahariya, as they shift from 14 years of print to digital journalism using smartphones.
The docu has made it to the final nominations list at the 94th edition of the Academy Awards, media reports said.
