At an event organised by ‘Art Devil’ in the national capital Delhi recently, ‘Unicorn Diary Awards’ were presented to some prominent personalities from different fields in recognition of their services.
Kashfi Shamail, a well-known stage and TV anchor and media personality, was among the recipients of the honour.
According to a media statement provided to this website by Kashfi, Bollywood actor Shahbaz Khan was the chief guest while BP Chaudhary, OSD, Ministry of Railways, was the guest of honour at the programme.
Rajya Sabha member Raj Mani Patel; retired IPS Sheel Madhar; SS Rana, former Special Secretary, Union Ministry of Defence, Swetor Prasad; Bollywood actors Rakesh Rajput and Rekha Singh Bali; Mukesh Rajput, advocate; member of Central Board of Film Certification Aditya Rajput; radio jockey and actor Manish Azad; and astrologer Pandit Prakash Joshi were among those present on the occasion.
The organiser of the programme was Arif Qureshi.
Kashfi Shamail, a recipient of several awards, has worked for BBC, TV channel DD Kisan, DD Urdu, WKNC 88 and English web magazine ‘Opportunity India’. Currently she is associated with national TV channel ‘Sahara Samay’ of Sahara News Network.
